This auction is for a vintage Porcelain Shell Gasoline Oil sign. Here is a great piece that you do not see often, in such a large size. I have decided to sell it along with a few other pieces I have collected. The sign is two piece, and was made that way originally and the top with an overlapping ridge in the center, I have taken close up photo of the ridge to show the edge lip. The sign has the larger wording of Shell Motor Oil in the center.
The signs measures 72 inches wide and 72 inches tall. The sign has some porcelain chips throughout, with some finish ware, overall still a nice sign for display. I also have other old gas and oil advertising signs I am planning listing.
